Make Windows Xp Bootable Pendrive

You know that if CD or DVD of your Windows XP is scratch then you can not install XP .There is also another problem ,that how would you install Windows Xp where there is no CD or DVD Rom(most in small Notebook).But i have solution for you.You can install XP from your Removable storage disk i.e PEN DRIVE. Pen drive is more reliable than dvd because it doesn't scratch.
If you directly copy and paste the xp files in pen drive,it will not boot.

First of all download this tool from BARTPE website PE Builder v3.1.10a (Self Installation Package).
It helps to make boo-table pen-drive.
 If your computer is blank(No XP or Other OS) just use your friend's or others computer.

Steps To Follow-:

First of all format whole pen drive.(Pen drive must have more than 1 GB space free)

1)Open PE Builder,You have just install(Install where you have XP mostly in C: drive).


2) In Source field select the installation file(I386 File From XP DVD) from Windows XP DVD (not from C: Drive where you install XP)
  If you have no DVD ROM then copy the only I386 file from DVD of XP from your friends Computer and copy in your computer.


3) By default your bootable XP file will save in C:\pebuilder3110a

4) Select none for making pen drive bootable.
  Select Create ISO Image if you want to make CD OR DVD bootable.(That is not our Problem)

5)After Selecting None(don't select Burn to CD/DVD -only for DVD or CD) click in BUILD.

6) Wait for some moment ,then you have bootable pen drive)

7) Restart computer with pen drive and install fresh XP.

8) Choose first installation(don't choose second option) option when you boot from pendrive.
9)If installation process is aborted automatically during installation choose second installation option for graphical installation.

GOOD LUCK

NOTE-: Choose Removable Device as a 1st Bootable Device From BIOS's Boot Menu.

Step 2: Here you will need to define two paths where the 'Windows File Path' points to the location of the Windows installation disk and the 'USB Drive' specifies the location of pen drive t

To be able to boot from the pendrive you will need to access the BIOS and change the boot priority to 'Removable disk'. If the settings are right you will be able to boot and proceed with the installation of Windows.

Disadvantages: first of all, one free proxy server is used by thousands of people every day. So you will not get sufficient speed here. You will only get about 50-60% speed of your original net connection's speed. And the second thing is, if you are trying to use this server to visit a secure site like paypal-they will note the ip and definitely block you-because with this ip address-a lot of people already browsed that site.
One more problem is, these servers cannot encrypt the OCR (the puzzled letters which you see during sign up anywhere).
Proxy IP- How to set a proxy IP into your browser?
You have to set an IP address manually in your browser. As like as the free web proxy servers, there are enough online sites which are providing free proxies. Just search in Google to find your free proxy.

* Mozilla Firefox: Tools > Options > Advanced > Settings > Manual proxy configuration
* Google Chrome: Tools > Options > Under the bonnet > Network > Change proxy settings > LAN settings > Use a proxy server > Advanced > HTTP.
* Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet options > Connections > LAN settings > Use a proxy server > Advanced > HTTP.
* Opera: Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Network.

Disadvantages: free proxies have the same disadvantages also. And actually it even has a slower speed than the free proxy servers. And it is also a little bit painful to set an ip address in the browser for many times.

Hack Server To Speed Up Internet

1.Open the Registry editor.
2.Go to Start –>Run or just press Window key + R from the keyboard
3.Type regedit in the location field.
4.Once in Registry editor window is opened, navigate to the key:

Window 7 Hidden Themes

Windows 7 by default has only few themes available for customization.

People who are not satisfied with these in build themes can get few more themes for Windows 7 which are actually hidden.

These themes can be revealed and used by the following steps……

1. Open Windows Explorer and click Organize

2. Select Folder and Search Options and navigate to the View tab.

3. Select Show hidden files, folders and drivers and uncheck Hide protected operating system files

(Recommended). Click Yes, if prompted for confirmation.

4. Click OK and now browse to the folder: Windows\Globalization\MCT

5. There are five folders here with the name with format MCT-XX (where XX is AU, CA, GB, US, or ZA)

which represents globalization settings for each region. Go into the folder that you want to activate its theme.

Note: That AU, CA and ZA regions have the same themes.

6. Open the Theme folder inside the selected region folder.

7. Double click on the XX.theme file to apply the theme to the Windows 7 desktop system. Once a theme is executed and activated, the theme will be available and saved into Personalization options, so that user can select this themedirectly from the personalization settings.

8. Now to go to Folder Options to reverse the first 5 steps to hide the hidden and protected system files and folders again.

Till this date, Microsoft’s windows had two options for the memory requirement of the computer, so that the computing can be done at cheaper rates and that too without installing the physical memory.

1. Physical Memory (RAM)
2. Page File (A virtual memory file, stored on hard disk).

The page file is used by the Windows OS to cater the needs of various applications when the physical memory is fully used up. The reason for that is, that Virtual memory is slower as compared to the physical memory and thus Phyical memory takes the first priority.

However, with the release of Windows Vista, Microsoft has introduced a new technology calledReadyBoost. With the help of this technology one can use any Flash drive, SD Cards, CF Cards as the third memory option for the computer.

Now, the benefits of USB Flash Drive or Cards as a source of Memory :

1. It is faster than the virtual memory which is accessed through the hard disk drive.
2. It is cheaper as compared to the actually Physical Memory.

How can it be activated ?

In order to activate the ReadyBoost technology on your FlashDrive or Memory Cards, you have to follow these steps…

1. Open My Computer.
2. Right Click on the Removable Disk Drive and select Properties.
3. Click on ReadyBoost Tab.
4. Enable the feature by selecting the option and allocate the amount of space you want to use as memory.

Things to be noted :

1. Regardless of the fact that you use Readyboost or not, you need at least 512 Mb of memory to run Windows Vista decently.
2. If your device is not giving the option of ReadyBoost then it means that it doesn’t clear up the minimum data trasfer rate required by ReadBoost technology.
